COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE (as of 7/9/20):
Due to COVID-19, for the time being, I will be continuing to pack and ship orders - however, please expect that they’ll be a few days slower than they normally would and may update through the USPS system a bit slower on average. This is something we are seeing across all shipment carriers and companies, not just a USPS delay. This applies to and overrides all shipping information below this section and will remain the shipping policy and process until this all fizzles out and we return back to 'normal'. I will absolutely do my best to get your packages out to you quickly, and I appreciate your patience if there is a delay in getting you your order!
There are 20 countries that currently have a mail suspension on packages shipping from the US. If you are ordering from one of these countries, please note that your package will be held from being shipped until this mail suspension is lifted. I will not issue a refund on your order for this delay – I will be holding your package and will ship it to you once I am physically allowed to with USPS. Here is the list of the countries that currently have mail suspension for the time being: Cayman Islands, Chad, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Bolivia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe

Orders are currently shipped 4-8 days after your purchase unless shipping timeframe is indicated on the product's listing. Orders are currently shipped via USPS First Class mail. It takes an average (sometimes more, sometimes less) of 5-10 days (domestic) after package arrival scan for First Class Mail to reach its destination. Please note that this time frame depends on your location, relative to mine (New York!)
I do ship internationally! International orders can sometimes take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to be received, allowing time to reach your location or any carrier service delays. Thanks for your patience!
INCORRECT ADDRESS / LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order, as I do not issue re-shipments for incorrect address delivery. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. Once a shipping label is created and picked up by the carrier, the responsibility falls on you to file any claims with carriers for damaged, lost, and/or stolen shipments. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
HOLIDAY ITEM ORDERS
Some of my items are geared toward a specific holiday, and I understand that in most cases, you are purchasing the item(s) for that holiday. I will always ship your item(s) within 2-6 days of your purchase. If I ship your item within this window, and you do not receive your package before the holiday due to shipping carrier delays, I do not issue refunds. Please see above and below to read more about ship time and tracking delays.
A small percentage of the packages I send are scanned improperly, or not scanned at all by USPS, and thus do not display tracking updates. Please note that if your package does not show updated tracking info, this is probably the case. This does not indicate a lost or unsent package. 99% of the time, the package is making its way through the mail very slowly. It should arrive to you in due time. If it does not, please contact your local post office. If you still do not receive your package within 30 days (45 days for international), I will re-ship your order.
Tracking stuck, or reporting package was delivered? I kindly ask that you first contact the shipper with tracking questions before reaching out to me. Often times, they will ask you to provide information that is specific to you or your location. Please also check with neighbors or surrounding buildings for instances where tracking shows as delivered. I am not responsible for package mis-delivery, or theft and cannot replace packages that are shown as having been delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Apart from defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are given. If there's an issue with your product or you do not receive it, contact me within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international orders) and we'll sort it out! Please read the above shipping sections for domestic and international orders above regarding shipping timeframes!
Shipping prices are determined by USPS based on weight. The shipping prices are exactly what USPS charges me for your order. I do not take into account packaging materials within this charge, so please understand that I am trying actively to get you the very best price for your order!
